In compliance with our obligation under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “Regulation”), we hereby provide information on how we process the personal data of visitors to the Website (“Users” or “Data Subjects”) as follows.

(2) Personal Data Processed During Website Operation – Description, Purpose, and Scope

We process the following personal data when operating the Website:

  1. IP Address
  2. Cookie Identifiers (Cookie ID): Detailed information about cookies and how to disable them can be found under the “Cookie Policy” section of the Website.
  3. Under the “Registration” menu (https://wonderlandcasting.com/regisztracio), users have the option to apply for announced casting events or request an offer for a casting invitation (“Application”). The personal data contained in the materials submitted during the Application process are also processed by the Data Controller. Since this involves data processing that significantly differs from other processing activities on the Website, the Data Controller provides detailed information covering all elements of the Application before submission, explaining the data processing involved.
(3) Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data processed through IP address and cookies:

  1. For IP addresses and strictly necessary cookies, the legal basis is the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which relates to the Data Controller’s need to operate the Website and provide services available on it to users.
  2. For cookies used for convenience features, statistical purposes, and advertising, the legal basis is the user’s voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The purpose of processing in these cases is to provide services available on the Website, display personalized content and advertisements, compile statistics, and improve the technical development of the IT system.

Personal data processed in connection with casting applications:

  1. The primary purpose of using personal data submitted during the Application process is to conduct the selection procedure for participation in various productions.
(4) Duration of Data Processing

Personal data processed via IP address and cookies:

  1. Depending on the specific cookie settings, data is retained for a maximum of 120 days.

For casting applications:

  1. In case of successful selection, data is retained until the date of signing the participant contract.
  2. In case of unsuccessful casting, data is retained until the day after contracts are signed with selected participants.
  3. If a registered applicant consents to the continued processing of their contact details (even at an earlier stage of the selection process), the Data Controller will retain these details even after an unsuccessful casting, until consent is withdrawn or, if not withdrawn, for a maximum of 5 years from the date consent was given.
(5) Data Processing and Data Transfers

To operate the Website, the Data Controller uses the services of Balázs Springel, sole proprietor (Postal address: 1112 Budapest, Sasadi út 108-110. Building C, Ground Floor 1; Phone: +36 30 997 1039; Email: balazs.springel@daydreamer.hu as a data processor (“Data Processor”). The Data Processor is responsible for maintaining the Website.

(6) Information on Data Subjects’ Rights

Every User, as the subject of personal data processed by the Data Controller, has the right to:

  1. Request access to their personal data and obtain a copy of the data processed by the Data Controller.
  2. Request correction of inaccurate data.
  3. Request deletion or restriction of processing under the conditions and exceptions set out in Article 17 of the GDPR.
  4. Object to the processing of their personal data. If the legal basis for processing is voluntary consent, the User may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
